This tevern is generally considered the best place in the city for common fold to get a drink (the Coy Nixie and the Cusp Of Sunrise both hold better reputations but are generally considered out of the price range for a working citizen). It's a favourite place for off duty guards and as such brawls and the like are not commonplace.
