He supplied master keys to the locks of the city to Skulks and Dark Creepers, allowing free access to all homes and the Latern Street Orphanage apparently the cause of all the vanishings within the city; all because his rat familer was stolen from him.

After his trial Keygan was banished from Cauldron.
